Tips on Use:
-If the HCHO, temp, or PM2.5 is inaccurate, use the “Sensor Set” Menu found under SET (press D), then SENSOR (press A) to further calibrate device readings.
-Calibrate if 0.000 indoor readings noted.
-Large variations & 9.999 TVOC readings do not indicate an error as this instrument is a sensitive electronic nose; environmental TVOCs vary much and high TVOCs often can result from interference from benign fragrances or odors.
-Air Pollution Level vs. air quality index (AQI) are separate & different assessments of air quality.

Button function switching:
After booting,the detector automatically enters the test mode. The default is to measure formaldehyde. At this time, the screen “HCHO” lights up.
If you press the button once, it will switch from the HCHO mode to the TVOC mode.
At this time, the screen “T” lights up, their unit defaults to ” mg/m³ “, please not double-press 2 times within 0.5s, otherwise the device will perform the calibration operation.

Formaldehyde and TVOC values show:
Formaldehyde measurement range: 0.01-3.88mg/m³, when the screen “HCHO” is lit, it means formaldehyde measurement value, the default unit is mg/m³;
TVOC measurement range: 0.01-9.99mg/m³, when the screen “T” is lit, Indicates the TVOC detection value,The default unit is mg/m³.
Formaldehyde concentration greater than 0.1mg/m³ or TVOC concentration greater than 0.6mg/m³ means exceeding the standard.
When the pollutant concentration exceeds the standard, the font color of detector screen will change from the previous green to red.

Battery Description:
The battery uses 230mAH rechargeable lithium battery, plug in the charger, the whole battery symbol flashes slowly that it is charging.
After charging, the symbol will stop flashing; when the entire battery symbol flashes quickly,please charging as soon as possible.
After about ten minutes, the detector will automatically cut off the power and shut down to protect the battery.

Attention:
When the detector taken out of the box in the first time, there will be some interference gas residue.Please put it on the edge of the window or ventilate it for more than 24 hours.
When using the detector to detect, it must be placed in the correct way, otherwise the detected data will have a large error.
When there is interference gas, the detection data will be too high, please don’t worried, the detection will be normal after the interference gas disappears.
