Really I am writing this review to pass on one important piece of feedback - the Tab 2 A10 comes with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, but Lenovo has already released a system update to Android 5.01 Lollipop, and the tablet will notify you to apply the update shortly after connecting to WiFi,,,However, it appears that as of today (8/21/15) there may be some unresolved issues with the Lollipop firmware and several users are complaining of sound and network issues after updating their tablets.While it is admirable that Lenovo is offering the update to the most current version of Android (many other tablet brands never bother updating their products - cough Asus!), I suggest you wait until the issues are resolved before updating your tablet, because it is impossible to return to the original firmware once that has been done.Lenovo appears to be working on the issues and I fully expect they will ultimately be fixed, but as for myself the tablet works so well as-is and there's really no immediate need to update so I am happy to use KitKat until that time.

This tablet is great for the price. I am blown away how little attention it's getting. The speed is just as fast as an iPad Air. The battery last forever and it's under $200. I watched 5 HD movies and the battery still had 20% left. The tablet is powerful enough for 99% of the population out there. It plays 1080p HD movies without issue. It plays games without a lag. The chrome web browser performs very fast. At the end of the day, you don't need a top of the line iPad when you'll never use all of the CPU power. This tablet will do everything you need.
I've had this tablet for almost a month now. I compared it my wife's iPad Air and it performs exactly the same and the screen is just as sharp. It's a tad thicker than an iPad Air but you'll never notice the difference. The best difference is that I can use any of my existing micro-usb cords (even car charger) and I don't have to spend $30 buck for a lighting cable. Plus you can upgrade the memory to 64 MB for $20 simply by purchasing an micro SD card.

The Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 is a great tablet. 2GB of RAM, 1920x1200 10.1" FHD screen, 7000 mAh battery for under $200? Amazing!
However, the reason I'm reading this review is that they've recently added an almost entirely different version of the tablet as the main product on Amazon, with the same name. The version you are most likely seeing, the Lenovo TAB 2 A10-30, with the Snapdragon 210 processor, only has 1GB of RAM with a 1280x800 display. You still get the same battery and the same Dolby Atmos speakers, but it's an almost entirely different tablet. 2GB vs 1GB of RAM is the difference between usable and unusable for me, especially on Android. And the screen isn't nearly as nice.
In fact, the specs are pretty much exactly the same as the slightly cheaper
Of course, the A10-30 is also cheaper than the A10-70, but I find it rather deceptive that they're using the same stellar reviews of the A10-70 to sell the A10-30, which will likely not give nearly as good of an experience. Sure other sellers might list multiple products like that, but the A10-30 was added after the A10-70 was already popular, which I find to be rather purposefully misleading.

Se conecta bien a internet (Algo que siempre busco en todas las tablets) incluso la conecté a mis datos móviles y no tengo problemas de conectividad. La reproducción de videos en youtube y en Netflix sin fallas, lag o cualquier problema. Con Facebook tampoco he presentado contratiempos. La pantalla reacciona excelente (Super importante!), no se pasma ni se traba.
Tuve que bajar APPs para la visualización de documentos de Word, Power Point y un gestor de archivos pero esto no conlleva mayor problema. Hay muchas apps gratis o de paga para eso en la PlayStore.

My friend who I bought this for loves it. She's not all that tech savy, and she was able to follow the set up instructions in less than an hour, she had it connected to the Wi-Fi, working with the keyboard, playing games and on her Netflix account. We were relieved to have clear, simple directions to get started. For the stuff she uses a tablet for, this seems ideal so far.
I bought this for showing videos and reading books. It is GREAT at both! I also use it for note-taking. Here are my observations:
Pros: • Very wide viewing angle. The best I've ever seen on any tablet; • Sharp image; • Very fast. I run Xodo from one tab to the other and between Xodo and other programs with speed and ease; • Shows great videos. No skipping or hesitation; • Great sound! I know that some have posted that they were disappointed with the sound, and at first, so was I. You have to go to the Dolby settings and set them for you circumstances. Then it will blast you out of your seat!. Not much bass, as is to be expected from tiny speakers, but very acceptable for my usage. With headphones, you get concert quality; • Compact size; • Responsive keyboard - and I'm a fast typist.
Cons: • I often type in French. Not all accents are present and it will only give me an ASERTY keyboard (European) for French, not French Canadian; • It runs KitKat - I'm not a big fan. I had to root it to get it to do what I want. And it is NOT EASY to root. I suppose that is a good thing for those who like security, but not for me.
Overall, my best tablet purchase to date - and I've bought a few.
I got this to use for my resume. I had a difficult time downloading a program that I could make compatible with other computers to and from. The camera is very blurry. Great if you just want to browse and use apps but I found it a waste of money for document purposes.
Enjoying my tablet!! Easy to use and battery last a long time.Only down side is it's a bit heavy and haven't found a need for the key board, but it may come in handy when traveling.

The factory version of the tablet interface is a little odd, but workable. The price is ok, as I see it often in W-mart with no keyboard. The keyboard is great and it is the deal breaker for me, but I hope in future they can make one that can charge the tablet as well, like the Asus Transformer, which is more expensive. I also wish it can come with more ports: USB, display port, etc. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and will give it 5 stars if it arrives faster: 3 working days to be informed that it is shipped and another 3 working days for post office to deliver.

I. Love. This. Tablet. I'm a mediator and have MS so I use this to take notes and it is very easy. Not only that, but it has a multitude of applications already on it which was a pleasant surprise.

This tablet is better than I expected, considering the mixed reviews I saw while I was doing research.It balances on the keyboard nicely, it's feels nice in the hand and the sound quality is surprisingly good.For the money, I would definitely recommend this tablet.The only thing I would suggest is that the shipper package it better.When the box showed up, it looked like it was dropped from a 10 story building. However, it was secured on the inside with bubble wrap.Other than that, I love this thing.

I got my lenovo yoga 10 a few days ago, and I must say so far it has been excellent. Before buying this tablet I had significant concerns about the screen, as it got blasted in several reviews for having a horrible quality screen that isn't even suitable for watching standard definition shows on, has horrible colors that are washed out and text that is barely readable. The reality is none of this is the case. There are obviously better displays on the market that look incredible, but that is to take nothing away from the Yoga 10. I have found the screen to be crisp and clear with good color reproduction.Furthermore, the resolution of the screen is better than that of an iPad 2, which continues to be on sale by Apple.I have never seen one comment complaining about how poor and unwatchable that screen is.Another major complaint was gaming and how the Yoga is underpowered to the point where it can't handle games.Shadowgun,both dead triggers, spiderman, minecraft, iron man, and gta3 are the games I've played on it so far. None have had a problem with dropped frames and are completely fine. The load times might be 10 seconds longer than on my droid DNA, but also my phone drops frames on nearly all these games when this thing runs them all fine. My only complaint so far is the overlay on Android Lenovo decided to go with. Its awful. Not slow, but just ugly. I replaced it with Nova launcher and now we are good to go.Battery is incredible, construction is great, and I have zero regrets on this purchase. Dont listen to the reviews and I promise you won't be disappointed. After a lot of research and comparison, I decided to purchase this tablet as an alternative to another laptop/notebook. The original intent was to test it out and get familiar with it prior to giving it to my father in-law who struggles with technology. Being a lover of all things Android, I knew it would be simple to turn it on and begin productivity. I must say that this tablet did not let me down. I feel extremely comfortable delivering it to my father in-law and saying "Here - use this instead of a Windows 8 laptop.".
I won't go into all the nitty-gritty details or speculate on how it will work for anyone else but I will say this: Out of the box, it is extremely functional, it has a beautiful display, it is quick, it is comfortable and it is at a price point where no one should complain.
The ONLY con I can see in this Yoga is that the kick-stand will not allow you to stand it in portrait mode (upright). It will only allow it to standin landscape (Long side down). This shouldn't deter anyone from consideration though!
Those who buy it - enjoy it! Those who are skeptical - go buy an over-priced i-pad and be restricted to what you can do with your own device.

Once the tablet was delivered, I let it reach a full charge.Once that was completed, I ran updates and the OS was upgraded to Android 4.4.
The battery life is outstanding.I basically charge it once a week and I'm good to go.I use it everyday for a variety of things and have not had to worry about being near an outlet to recharge.
