Installation Steps:
1, Drill holes according to the size of the cyclone.
2, Bolt the bottom plate of the cyclone separator onto the drum cover with bolts.
3, Fix the cyclone dust collector stanchion on the drum cover from the bottom up with self-tapping screw
4, Install the hose and tighten it with the hoop.
Warm Tips:
1, If the inner diameter of the hose is greater than 2.2″, the hose can be directly connected to the inlet and outlet, and then tightened with the hoop.
2, If the inner diameter of the hose is 2″, It can be connected through our black coupling and clamped with the hoop.
3, If the inner diameter of the hose is 2.8″, It can be connected through our white coupling and clamped with the hoop. First connect the smaller end of the black coupling to the dust collector, the larger end of the black coupling to the white coupling, and then connect your hose to the white coupling.
